A lot of Creative projects based on specific client´s requirements were conceptualized and developed under my direction. Their materialization were based on the adequate proposal of materials and manufacturing processes to offer a quality product.

As a director I had the responsibility to direct contact with customers and suppliers generating professional and personalized customer service, logistics development for holding events, corporate image development, social media development, (email marketing, social networking), billing customers and suppliers, implementation of work teams and continuous improvement programs.
